Coverage That Lasts Your Entire Life

Whole life insurance is a permanent policy that never expires. Unlike term life, it builds guaranteed cash value over time and the premium you pay today is the premium you pay forever — no increases, no surprises, no re-qualifying.

It's two things at once: a financial protection tool for your family and a guaranteed savings vehicle you can borrow against — tax-free — at any point in your life.

  • Guaranteed death benefit — never expires as long as premiums are paid
  • Cash value grows at a guaranteed rate, every single year
  • Premiums are fixed — they never increase regardless of age or health
  • Borrow against your cash value tax-free with policy loans
  • Dividends may increase cash value and death benefit over time
  • Estate planning tool — passes wealth to heirs income-tax-free

Your Premium Does Two Jobs at Once

Every premium payment you make is split between protecting your family and building a growing financial asset you own.

1

Fixed Premium Paid

You pay a fixed premium each month or year — the same amount for life. It never increases no matter your age or health changes.

2

Death Benefit Protected

A portion covers the cost of insurance, guaranteeing your tax-free death benefit is available for your family from day one.

3

Cash Value Grows

The remaining portion builds guaranteed cash value at a fixed interest rate — growing steadily year after year, tax-deferred.

4

Access Anytime

You can borrow against your cash value at any time — for any reason — as a tax-free policy loan with no repayment schedule.

Why Choose Whole Life

Whole life offers certainty in a world full of unknowns — guaranteed growth, guaranteed coverage, and guaranteed premiums.

Never Expires

As long as premiums are paid, your policy is in force for life. Your family is guaranteed a payout no matter when you pass — age 45 or 95.

Fixed Premiums Forever

The premium you pay on day one is the premium you'll pay on day 10,000. Lock in low rates when you're young and healthy — they never go up.

Guaranteed Cash Value

Your cash value grows at a guaranteed rate regardless of market conditions. It's a safe, predictable financial asset that compounds over decades.

Tax-Free Policy Loans

Need cash? Borrow against your policy's cash value with no credit check, no approval process, and no taxable event. Repay on your own schedule.

Potential Dividends

Many whole life policies from participating carriers pay annual dividends that can increase your cash value and death benefit beyond guaranteed minimums.

Estate Planning Tool

Whole life is a powerful wealth transfer vehicle — the death benefit passes income-tax-free to heirs, often outside of probate, with immediate liquidity.

Your Policy Grows While You Sleep

Every whole life policy builds cash value — a growing, liquid financial asset that belongs to you. Unlike market investments, it never decreases. Unlike a savings account, it grows tax-deferred and can be accessed tax-free.

  • Grows at a guaranteed minimum rate set by the carrier
  • Tax-deferred accumulation — no annual tax on growth
  • Accessible via policy loans with no credit check required
  • Loans reduce death benefit but are never "taxable income"
  • Can be used as collateral for personal or business financing

01
Is whole life insurance worth the higher premium?
It depends on your goals. If you need lifetime coverage, want guaranteed savings growth, or are using life insurance as part of an estate plan, whole life's higher premium is justified. You're paying for guarantees — guaranteed death benefit, guaranteed cash value growth, and guaranteed premiums — not just pure protection.
02
Can I access my cash value before I die?
Yes — and this is one of whole life's best features. You can take a policy loan against your cash value at any time, for any reason, with no credit check. The loan isn't taxable income. You're technically borrowing from yourself, with your policy as collateral. Unpaid loans simply reduce the death benefit.
03
What happens if I stop paying premiums?
If you stop paying premiums, several options may be available: use accumulated cash value to pay premiums automatically (automatic premium loan), convert the policy to a reduced paid-up policy, or surrender the policy for its cash surrender value. Your advisor will review these options with you.
04
What are dividends on a whole life policy?
Some whole life policies from "participating" carriers pay annual dividends based on the company's financial performance. These are not guaranteed but have been paid consistently by many carriers for over 100 years. Dividends can be used to reduce premiums, buy additional coverage, or grow cash value further.
05
How does whole life differ from IUL?
Both are permanent life insurance, but they differ in growth and flexibility. Whole life offers guaranteed, predictable cash value growth at a fixed rate with fixed premiums. IUL offers index-linked growth with potentially higher returns (capped) and flexible premiums. Whole life = certainty. IUL = growth potential. Many clients use both.
06
Do I need a medical exam for whole life insurance?
For most whole life policies, a medical exam or detailed health questionnaire is part of the underwriting process. However, simplified issue options exist for smaller coverage amounts. The younger and healthier you are when you apply, the better your rates will be — locking them in for life.
